Directions

Cut the pool noodles to your desired length if they are too long. You can use a sharp knife or scissors for a clean cut.

Start coiling the pool noodle into a spiral shape. Begin from one end and slowly bend the noodle, securing the coils in place with clear tape as you go.

Once a spiral is formed, use a strong adhesive or hot glue to ensure the noodle maintains its shape.

Insert one end of the PVC pipe into the center of the coiled noodle. The pipe will serve as the lollipop’s stick.

Secure the connection between the noodle and the PVC pipe with additional glue and allow it to dry completely.

For a polished look, optionally wrap the entire lollipop (coil and pipe) in clear cellophane and tie it off with a ribbon.

Variations & Tips

For a more personalized touch, consider using patterned duct tape to add designs to the pool noodles before coiling them. You can also experiment with different sizes of PVC pipes or noodle thicknesses to create a variety of lollipop sizes. For outdoor use, ensure all materials are weatherproof, or bring them indoors during inclement weather. Additionally, you can use glow-in-the-dark paint or tape for a magical nighttime effect.
