1 hula hoop (approximately 30 inches in diameter)
Black spray paint
Copper wire fairy string lights (approximately 33 feet)
Ceiling hook or sturdy adhesive hooks

Directions
Spray paint the hula hoop black and let it dry completely.
Once dry, begin wrapping the copper wire fairy string lights around the hula hoop, starting at one end and working your way around in a consistent pattern.
Secure the lights in place with small knots or by tucking the wire into itself as you go.
Cut small lengths of fishing line or clear thread and use them to create hangers by tying them at equal intervals around the hoop.
Attach the fishing line hangers to a ceiling hook or adhesive hooks positioned where you want the chandelier to hang.
Plug in the lights and adjust the chandelier to ensure it hangs evenly.

Variations & Tips
For a more colorful look, consider using multicolored string lights or painting the hula hoop in a metallic finish. If you prefer a more industrial style, use black or silver wire lights. To add a personal touch, incorporate small decorative elements like faux greenery or small wooden beads between the light wraps. Adjust the length of the fishing line to create different hanging heights, which can add depth and visual interest to your space.
