Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Creamy Base

In a large mixing bowl, add the Greek yoghurt and unsweetened almond milk.

Whisk together until smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no large lumps remaining.

Greek yoghurt creates a rich, tangy cheesecake-like base while adding protein to the dessert.

Step 2: Add the Cheesecake Flavour

Add the sugar-free salted caramel cheesecake mix to the yoghurt mixture.

Add the vanilla extract and sugar-free caramel syrup.

Whisk everything together until the mixture is smooth and the caramel flavour is evenly distributed.

If using instant sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix instead of the pictured dessert mix, add it gradually

and follow the package’s recommended preparation method.

Step 3: Add the Protein Powder

Add one scoop of vanilla protein powder.

Stir gently until completely incorporated.

The protein powder adds extra protein and helps create a thicker, more satisfying dessert texture.

If the mixture becomes too thick, add one tablespoon of almond milk at a time until you achieve your desired consistency.

Step 4: Fold in the Whipped Topping

Add the light whipped topping to the cheesecake mixture.

Using a spatula, gently fold it into the mixture.

Avoid vigorous stirring because folding helps preserve the light and fluffy texture.

Continue folding until everything is evenly combined and you have a smooth, airy caramel cheesecake fluff.

Step 5: Add the Crunch

Fold in half the chopped sugar-free caramel or toffee pieces.

Add the chopped roasted almonds or peanuts and a tiny pinch of sea salt.

These ingredients create little crunchy surprises throughout

the creamy dessert.

If you prefer a completely smooth protein fluff, you can leave the crunchy pieces out of the mixture and use them only as toppings.

Step 6: Portion into Cups

Prepare 4–5 individual dessert containers with lids.

Spoon the salted caramel protein fluff evenly into each cup.

Smooth the tops with the back of a spoon.

For a beautiful presentation, add a little sugar-free caramel drizzle and sprinkle the remaining chopped caramel pieces and nuts over each portion.

Step 7: Chill Until Ready

Cover each container with its lid and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours.

Chilling allows the mixture to firm up and the flavours to blend together.

For an even thicker, mousse-like consistency, refrigerate overnight.

Step 8: Serve and Enjoy

Remove the cups from the refrigerator when you’re ready to enjoy them.

Give the topping a gentle stir if desired, or enjoy them just as they
